Pizza
We bake our Neapolitan pizza in-house, following the guidelines set by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. The dough undergoes a cold fermentation process for three days, resulting in a soft and chewy bread when baked at high temperature, approximately 450 degrees for 90 seconds. The charred crust, combined with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di latte Mozzarella, olive oil, and fresh basil, creates a true delicacy in Neapolitan pizza. Note that after 5.00 pm there is a high occupancy in the restaurant and we answer the phone when time allows.
